T Cloud Public is a European public cloud platform from T-Systems International GmbH. It is designed for organizations that need OpenStack-based virtual machines alongside bare-metal servers, GPU-accelerated compute, Kubernetes clusters, storage, networking, databases, identity management, and monitoring. Its positioning fits enterprise teams seeking public cloud infrastructure with European data residency, primarily in Germany and the Netherlands, as well as support for GDPR-related requirements.

Pricing is organized around three paid plans. Elastic uses hourly billing and pay-as-you-go resource usage, making it the most flexible option for changing workloads. Reserved covers 12- or 24-month reservations with discounted rates for continuous use. Reserved Upfront adds prepayment in exchange for increased discounts. There is no free plan, so teams should select a billing model based on whether their workloads are variable, consistently used, or suitable for upfront commitment.

The platform's strongest differentiator is breadth across infrastructure and platform services. It combines block, object, and file storage with virtual private networking, load balancing, IAM, SSO federation, managed databases, analytics, audit logging, resource management, and monitoring. Terraform and Kubernetes integrations support infrastructure and container workflows, while web and API access provide two operating paths. T Cloud Public is a strong fit for organizations prioritizing OpenStack, bare metal, GPUs, and European cloud requirements. Teams needing a free entry tier or access across more than two regions should consider alternatives.
