Synapses Cloud Platform is a web-based orchestration platform for enterprise IT teams, scale-ups, mid-market organizations and managed-service providers. It brings Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud and Google Cloud into a unified control plane, covering landing-zone deployment, cloud resource lifecycle management, cost analytics, governance and audit logging. Visual infrastructure pipelines, dependency mapping, VM scheduling, role-based access control and HashiCorp Vault credential storage make it suited to teams coordinating multi-cloud environments rather than managing one provider in isolation.

Its plan structure moves from a limited evaluation tier to broader operational capacity. The Free Trial supports one cloud provider, one project and two users, with automated landing-zone deployment and limited resources. Starter adds three projects, five users, cost analytics and email support while retaining one cloud provider and limited resources. Professional expands to two cloud providers, 20 projects and 25 users, adding VM scheduling, snapshots and pipelines. Enterprise supports all cloud providers, custom project and user capacity, custom resource limits, all features and premium support. Paid tiers use contact-sales pricing, so buyers should expect a sales-led purchasing process.

The platform’s main distinction is breadth across deployment, operations, spend visibility and policy control. Real-time cost analytics, quotas and spend alerts address financial oversight, while visual pipelines offer both canvas and JSON views for infrastructure workflows. RBAC, audit trails and automated governance support controlled administration, and dependency mapping can clarify relationships among resources. Organizations standardizing landing zones across AWS, Azure, OCI and GCP should find the scope aligned with that goal. Teams focused on a single cloud, a lightweight automation utility or a self-service product with public pricing may prefer a narrower alternative.
