It is aimed at technical TYPO3 users who want preinstallation, server configuration, database choice, and broad administration access rather than a minimal managed site package. Sylon states that its hosting infrastructure and data center operations are located in Switzerland. The service includes SSD-backed storage with Fiber Channel connectivity, SSL certificates through SNI, email and DNS services, and TYPO3-focused setup assistance through the hosting configuration.

The Professional plan includes 128 MB of allocatable PHP memory, TYPO3 preinstallation, MySQL or PostgreSQL hosting, daily internal backups, and access through SSH, SFTP/SCP, FTP/FTPS, and ISPConfig. The Commerce plan provides 256 MB of allocatable PHP memory and adds a dedicated IPv4 address while retaining TYPO3 preinstallation, SSD-backed storage, database hosting, and daily internal backups. Customer-configurable backup jobs are also available, giving administrators more control over backup scheduling.
