It brings together GST billing and invoicing, accounting, inventory control, purchasing, customer records, reporting, POS workflows, and branch operations. Deployment options include Windows desktop software, web access through SwilERP Cloud, and mobile applications for Android and iOS. Its feature set fits businesses that need more than billing alone, especially retailers managing multiple locations, staff permissions, purchasing, and consolidated reporting.
Pricing is structured around both one-time licenses and annual maintenance renewals. Basic costs ₹12,000 one-time and covers a single user and company, GST billing, basic inventory tracking, customer management, and email support; Basic AMC is ₹4,000 per year. Standard costs ₹15,000 one-time and adds single-store management, multi-store readiness, advanced reporting, barcode and POS integration, purchase management, and priority phone support; Standard AMC is ₹5,000 per year.
