Its drag-and-drop editor supports multiple question types, while distribution options include email invitations, QR codes, links, and website embedding. Responses can be reviewed in real time with charts and filters, then exported in Excel, CSV, or PDF formats. Anonymous surveys, multilingual questionnaires, custom branding, and logic branching make it suitable for straightforward research, feedback collection, and business surveys.
The free Basic plan includes one user account, unlimited surveys, unlimited questions, and unlimited responses, but surveys remain open for up to 30 days after the first response.
