Our verdict on SurvalentONE
SurvalentONE is a SCADA system for electric, gas, water, transit and renewable-energy utilities. It brings real-time equipment status, metering, alarms and control together with data collection for remote assets, making it relevant to utility control-room and field operations teams. The product also integrates with SurvalentONE ADMS applications, while WebSurv provides web-based, read-only access to ADMS data. Its utility focus is a good fit for organizations managing distributed assets and operational visibility, rather than teams looking for a general-purpose monitoring tool.
Protocol support is a notable part of its fit: SurvalentONE interfaces with IEC 61850, ICCP, MultiSpeak 3.0, OPC, SNMP, DNP3.0 and Modbus. Virtual RTUs are supported for DNP3.0 and Modbus. The historian offers time-series storage, report-by-exception capture and high-volume ingest; alarm tools include suppression, event recording and remote annunciation. Database replication to SQL Server in a DMZ is also supported. These capabilities span data collection, alarm handling and historical records, but vendor materials describe several as optional modules, so buyers should clarify which functions are included in the configuration they need.
SurvalentONE has cloud-hosted and on-premises deployment options, with a hybrid deployment specification, and its listed platforms include web and API. According to the vendor's product information, pricing is not published and prospects are directed to contact Survalent. Support channels include email, phone, tickets, community and documentation, with 24/7 support indicated. This makes it a candidate for mid-market and enterprise utility teams that need utility protocols, remote-asset collection and control-room functions. Organizations seeking transparent self-serve pricing or a narrower, simpler monitoring product may prefer to compare alternatives before engaging with sales.
