Suralink is a cloud-based platform for accounting and audit firms that brings client request lists, document exchange, evidence collection, collaboration, e-signatures, and engagement tracking into one workflow. It is positioned for audit, tax, advisory, and internal-audit teams that need a shared client portal and structured request-to-review processes. Its web and API access support client-facing collection and connected workflows, while customizable branding, reusable request-list templates, rollovers, dashboards, tagging, and pinned comments address day-to-day engagement coordination.
The product’s main depth is its request-to-workpaper flow. Suralink CORE includes dynamic request list management, client collaboration, a customizable user portal, real-time dashboards, 50+ API endpoints, and OCR capabilities. The Workpaper Suite adds request-list and file syncing, data matching and linking, a file previewer, Sum Finder, and an Excel add-in.
