SundayHQ is church-management software for planning services and coordinating volunteers. It combines worship planning with song and arrangement management, people management, giving, check-ins, groups, events, communications, reporting, and a member app. Its worship-planning focus fits church plants, single-campus churches, and multi-campus organizations that need structured service preparation alongside volunteer coordination.

The planning tools cover both service flow and team logistics. Churches can create timed order-of-service plans with overrun warnings, reuse service-type templates, and edit plans collaboratively with multiple users. The song library supports arrangements and per-service transposition, while CCLI usage reporting helps organize song-use records. Volunteer assignments include confirmation and decline tracking, block-out dates, conflict detection, automatic email and push reminders, ranked replacement suggestions, and bulk scheduling with rotation. This makes SundayHQ particularly suited to teams managing recurring services and detailed volunteer schedules.

The published monthly plans are Church Plant at $29, Congregation at $59, and Multi-Campus at $179. All three include the listed modules, while the plans add church-stage or organizational features: Church Plant includes unlimited staff accounts and Planning Center and Breeze importers; Congregation adds single-campus service planning, a song library, volunteer scheduling, and a web member portal; Multi-Campus adds campus-scoped staff roles, organization-level rollups, shared libraries and templates, and multi-campus reporting. SundayHQ runs on the web and iOS, with Android users directed to the web member portal. Churches seeking detailed scheduling and planning should consider it; churches requiring a free plan or Android member app should look elsewhere.
