Subsplash Events review
A capable church event tool for teams already working in the Subsplash ecosystem.

Subsplash Events helps churches create and publish events, manage registrations, collect payments, and communicate with attendees. It fits ministries that need more than a basic event calendar, particularly churches already using Subsplash websites, mobile apps, or related church-management tools. Administrators can add custom registration questions, define ticket types and prices, set attendee limits, create repeating events, send guest notifications, and export registration data as CSV files. Guest registration, calendar links, discount codes, and event check-in are also supported.
Pricing is offered through two plans. Subsplash One combines event registration and management with websites, custom mobile and TV apps, people management, and custom forms. Enterprise includes event registration and management, custom mobile and TV apps, custom forms, custom API integrations, and a multi-campus app. Event functionality is presented within these plans rather than as a standalone free plan, and pricing uses a contact-sales model. That structure may suit churches evaluating a broader platform, but it gives smaller teams less direct price visibility before starting a sales conversation.
The main advantage is ecosystem fit. Events can appear on a Subsplash website and mobile app, while integrations include Rock RMS, Zapier, Community Church Builder, MortarStone, Planning Center, Breeze, and StudioC. Payment collection supports online payments, admin-recorded offline payments, and partial-payment balance reminders, which can accommodate different registration workflows. The trade-off is platform scope: the product is web-only for administrators, and churches outside the Subsplash ecosystem may not gain the same value from its connected tools. Choose Subsplash Events for integrated church event operations; consider an alternative if transparent self-serve pricing or a standalone mobile-first admin experience is essential.
