SubJolt is a subscription retention platform for businesses managing cancellations and failed recurring payments. Its feature set combines cancellation flows with save offers, reactivation flows, churn analytics, automated failed-payment retries, dunning emails and onsite payment-update prompts. It is suited to small teams that want a free way to address cancellation behavior and payment recovery without adopting a broader customer-retention platform.
The published plans show a free Starter tier with up to 50 cancel sessions per month, a cancel flow widget, default flow and styling, basic reason tracking, and basic write-in reason sentiment analysis. The Pro plan costs $99 per month and adds unlimited cancel sessions, custom cancellation flows, custom styling, payment-gateway save offers, reactivation flows and a full reason tracking dashboard.
