Its strongest fit is a Stripe-based global business that wants tax operations connected to payments, checkout, billing, invoicing, or payment links rather than managed through separate systems.
The plans divide the product between calculation and broader compliance coverage. Tax Basic is usage-priced and comes in no-code and API integration options. The no-code option connects with Billing, Checkout, Invoicing, and Payment Links, while the API option works with Stripe payment APIs or any payment processor and includes 10 calculation API calls per transaction. Tax Complete adds obligation monitoring, registrations, calculations, collections, and filings.
