Strev is a cloud-based asset management platform for IT, operations, procurement, finance, and field-service teams. It brings physical and digital asset records, software licenses, contracts, suppliers, customers, work orders, maintenance activities, documents, and reporting into one system. Its feature set suits small teams that need more than a basic inventory list, particularly when license renewals, contract visibility, barcode scanning, and field operations matter.

Pricing is structured around a 14-day Free Trial, a Lite plan at $49 per month billed monthly, and an Enterprise plan with custom pricing. The trial includes access for one user, up to 50 assets or contracts, 5GB of storage, core modules, and basic support. Lite keeps the same 50-asset or contract limit, one included user, 5GB storage, core asset management modules, basic support, and support articles. Enterprise expands capacity to 1000+ assets or contracts, adds unlimited users, custom storage options, all modules, 24/7 premium support, training, and onboarding. An annual-billing discount is available, while Enterprise pricing requires contacting sales.

Strev’s breadth is its main strength: lifecycle tracking, license renewal monitoring, contract tracking, QR and barcode scanning, asset maps, maintenance tasks, document attachments, alerts, custom fields, permissions, audit logs, reporting, analytics, and mobile asset management cover several operational workflows. The platform also provides an API and web access. However, the Lite ceiling makes it a focused choice for limited inventories rather than a long-term fit for larger estates, and the listed plan structure does not provide integrations beyond API access. Choose Strev when one platform for assets, contracts, licenses, and work orders is more valuable than a large integration ecosystem. Larger organizations should consider Enterprise, while teams needing broader out-of-the-box integrations should look elsewhere.
