Our verdict on StreamChat AI

StreamChat AI is a cloud-based chat bot for Twitch and Kick creators, with a focus on combining stream controls, audience engagement and AI features. It suits solo creators and small teams who want custom commands, moderation and interactive chat tools alongside AI personalities. The free Sapphire plan provides basic moderation and 50 AI messages per month, making it a way to explore the product before choosing a paid tier.

Pricing scales mainly with AI access. Emerald costs $6.99 per month or $62.99 per year and raises the allowance to 1,000 AI messages per month, with unlimited personalities, a custom bot name and auto translation. Ruby costs $13.99 monthly or $139.99 annually; it adds unlimited AI messages, a voice assistant, AI sound effects and automatic clip discovery. The published plans include a 14-day free trial, and no payment card is required for the trial. Creators who need only basic moderation and a small amount of AI access may find Sapphire sufficient; those expecting frequent AI use will need a paid plan.

The feature set reaches beyond conversational AI: custom commands and variables, event-triggered reactions, recurring messages, banned-word filtering, spam detection, channel point rewards, chat streaks and a viewer leaderboard cover common stream interactions. OBS scene switching and browser-source overlays connect the bot to stream presentation, while Discord, Spotify and ElevenLabs are listed integrations. Web and Windows are listed platforms, and deployment includes cloud and a browser extension. Twitch and Kick are supported; YouTube is described as coming soon. Pick StreamChat AI if those platforms, its interaction tools and tiered AI access match your setup. A creator who needs YouTube support now, or a broader free AI allowance, should consider alternatives.
