Strack is cloud-based strata management software for self-managed owners’ corporations, strata agencies, owners and service providers. It brings financial administration, service requests, vendor workflows, meetings and document sharing into a web-based platform. The owner portal gives residents access to requests, financial reports, invoices, meetings and documents, while management teams can coordinate budgets, levies, payments, work orders and approvals. It is suited to Australian strata communities and agencies that want one system for accounting and stakeholder collaboration.
Its strongest area is financial and operational administration. Strack includes automated bank reconciliation and trust accounting, levy calculation, payment tracking, reporting and overdue-levy reminders. Teams can also handle quote requests, tenders, service requests and work orders, with vendor invoicing, job reports and invoice approval workflows supporting the maintenance process. Digital meetings add agendas, minutes, online voting and video conferencing, while centralized document storage supports owner-specific sharing. Integrations with BPAY API, DEFT and NSW Strata Hub add relevant ecosystem connections.
The published options cover different levels of involvement: Completely Self-Operated, Admin Assisted and Fully Managed.
