StoryPrompt helps businesses collect customer stories and turn them into testimonials for marketing and other customer-facing work. Respondents can submit video, voice, or text through a shareable link, while step-by-step prompts and script outlines guide their responses. It suits solo operators and small teams that want a straightforward way to gather customer voices and publish them, rather than a dedicated system for managing formal customer references.
Its main strength is the capture-to-publishing workflow. StoryPrompt can stitch clips, apply branding, edit videos, produce transcripts, and generate AI summaries and titles. Teams can embed testimonials on websites or in emails, share them on social channels, and organize feedback in a Wall of Love display. The free plan includes video and text testimonials, cam and screen recording, automatic transcriptions, editing, interactive videos, and an AI teleprompter. Starter adds a brand kit, watermark-free downloads, website embeds, reusable templates, and AI summaries and titles; the annual-billed price is $39 per month, compared with $49 monthly.
