The Free for Everyone, Forever plan is designed for solo creators and includes unlimited bookings, client and project CRM, finance and expense tracking, a public booking portal, calendar availability, and payment tracking. It is delivered as a progressive web app that can be installed on phones and desktop browsers, with support across web, Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
The pricing structure centers on a free core workspace, with optional one-time unlocks for more specialized needs. Gears Unlock adds equipment organization, rental tracking, availability tracking, and serial-number tracking, making it relevant for studios managing physical gear alongside projects. Team Collab Unlock adds team collaboration, role assignment, and booking coordination.
