Stedi is a cloud EDI platform for businesses, payers, software vendors, and other organizations exchanging standardized business transactions. It is particularly suited to developers building healthcare or API-driven EDI workflows. The platform translates between JSON and EDI, validates transactions against implementation guides, manages trading-partner profiles and partnerships, and supports healthcare APIs for claims, eligibility, remittance, and related transactions.
Its pricing structure is designed around staged adoption. The free Sandbox plan includes mock eligibility checks, Stedi portal access, test API keys, and unlimited users. Pay as you go adds production portal, API, and SFTP access, along with production webhooks, an MCP server, unlimited providers and transaction enrollments, Stedi app integrations, and dedicated support through Slack, Microsoft Teams, and email. The published pricing model is usage-based, and production accounts can process transactions without a monthly minimum.
