StatusHub review
A feature-rich status page service with private audiences, automation, and access controls.

StatusHub is hosted status page software for organizations communicating outages, incidents, and planned maintenance. It suits teams that need both public and private pages, audience-specific hubs, and controls over who can access updates. Incident creation, updates, follow-up incidents, and maintenance templates support communication workflows, while embeddable widgets provide another way to share service status. Its breadth is aimed at organizations managing stakeholder communication, rather than teams seeking only a simple public notice page.
The feature set connects status communication to operations: StatusHub lists monitoring and IT operations integrations including SolarWinds Observability, PRTG, Site24x7, Uptime Robot, and PagerDuty, alongside Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zendesk, and Okta. API and webhook automation can support connected workflows, and subscriber notifications are multi-channel. SAML and OAuth access control add options for private pages. Connected hubs let teams organize pages for different audiences. This combination makes the product a stronger fit where integrations and audience separation matter; a team needing only a basic page may not need that breadth.
According to the published monthly plans, Basic costs $49 and includes 5 team members, 250 subscribers, 600 SMS credits per month, a StatusHub subdomain, and StatusHub branding. Standard is $99 for 10 team members, 750 subscribers, 1200 SMS credits per month, a custom subdomain with SSL, and webhook notifications. Premium is $299 for 25 team members, 3000 subscribers, 5600 SMS credits per month, a custom subdomain with SSL, and webhook notifications. Enterprise lists 50 team members, 10,000 subscribers, 23,600 SMS credits per month, a custom subdomain with SSL, and webhook notifications. A 14-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan. The entry price and subscriber limits make smaller teams with modest communication needs less likely to find it a fit.
