Its scope covers customer health assessment, usage monitoring, success plans, milestone tracking, renewal forecasting, shared customer workspaces, feedback programs, reporting, and workflow automation. AI features add health scoring, prioritization, at-risk detection, renewal insights, and suggested actions. That broad coverage makes it suited to enterprise customer success teams that want one system for proactive portfolio management rather than a narrowly focused tracking tool.
Pricing reflects that breadth. GIGA starts at €795 per month when billed annually and includes five users, five lite users, unlimited apps, up to 1,000 customers, and AI insights. TERA costs €1,295 per month with annual billing and adds unlimited lite users, unlimited customers, two power packs, and AI Insights & AI Actions.
