Starhive is a cloud-based asset and data management platform for IT, operations, and other business teams. It brings asset records, relationships, contracts, vendors, compliance information, and operational data into a configurable workspace. Teams can use it for IT asset management, CMDB use cases, software license tracking, contract tracking, employee portals, and related workflows. It is a strong fit for organizations that need more than a basic inventory list and want unlimited users across their workspace.
The published Starter plans show $79 per month when billed annually or $95 per month when billed monthly. Both include unlimited users, up to 1,000 objects, 5 GB of storage, two custom domains for Apps, 500 automations per month, and 200 Nova AI credits per month. A 30-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. Organizations managing more than 1,000 objects can use Scale, which includes unlimited users, quoted storage and usage limits, and Standard or Premium Support. This structure makes Starhive easier to evaluate for smaller asset environments, while larger deployments need a pricing conversation.
Its breadth is the main differentiator. Starhive combines configurable asset fields and relationships with contract and renewal tracking, QR-code tagging, mobile updates, custom portals, maintenance alerts, forms, dashboards, reporting, and Nova AI asset analytics. Lansweeper, Jira Cloud, and 500+ external data sources support broader ecosystem fit. Teams wanting configurable workflows, stakeholder portals, and connected operational records should consider Starhive. It may be a less suitable choice for organizations seeking a free tool or a clearly published plan for environments beyond 1,000 objects.
