Sprout brings nursery administration and child records together for UK early years settings. Practitioners can maintain child and family profiles, record medical notes and allergies, document EYFS-linked observations, and log meals, naps, nappy changes, moods and activities. Managers can use a live register for sign-in, sign-out, room attendance and fire-register records. A parent portal supports two-way messaging, newsfeed posts, consent forms and invoice sharing. That combination makes Sprout relevant to nurseries seeking to connect learning records, daily operations and family communication rather than manage them in separate workflows.
The plans scale from core records to broader operational management. Seedling costs £49 per month or £490 per year, and includes profiles, daily logs and observations, a live register, parent portal and basic invoicing.
