SpeakUp is a cloud-based internal communication and collaboration platform for companies that want a structured place for employee ideas, problems and questions. Employees can submit posts, suggest solutions, vote, comment and provide answers, while managers can approve, amend or deny ideas and solutions. Anonymous posting supports more private contributions, and groups organize discussions around different teams or topics. The product is best suited to organizations seeking an idea and feedback community rather than a dedicated employee survey system.
The pricing structure starts with a free tier for up to 25 users, including posts, votes and comments, groups, anonymous posting, decision making, leaderboard features, points, badges and integrations. The Startup plan costs $39 per month for up to 50 users; Small costs $139 per month for up to 100 users; Medium costs $289 per month for up to 250 users; and Large costs $699 per month for up to 500 users.
