Soughteasy HR is a cloud HR module for small, scaling and enterprise organizations. It brings employee profiles, organization charts, contracts, time, leave, payroll, performance, documents and HR reporting into one system. Its workflows cover onboarding and offboarding, shift planning, payslip distribution, reviews, one-to-ones and OKR tracking. Small teams can use it for core HR administration, while larger organizations can add permissions, SSO, dedicated infrastructure and service commitments through Enterprise.
The platform fits teams that need more than employee records but want HR functions in one cloud environment. Its documented integrations include SMS gateways, Zoom, banking providers, e-signature services and biometric systems. It also offers web and API access, and sits within a broader Soughteasy business platform that includes CRM, projects, finance, collaboration and IT asset management. The Growth plan adds bank integration in select countries, while document storage, reporting and support expand by tier.
