Our verdict on SMASHINGLOGO
SMASHINGLOGO is a web-based logo maker for entrepreneurs and small businesses that want AI-generated concepts without starting from a blank canvas. Enter a company name, generate personalized options, then adjust text, colors and layouts before purchasing. The service delivers web-ready files and transparent PNG exports, while higher tiers add print formats and broader brand assets. Its focus suits solo founders and small teams building a visual identity around a logo rather than agencies seeking a broad design suite.
The three paid packages are structured around increasing delivery depth. Lite includes full logo ownership, a post-purchase editor, web-ready files, transparent PNGs, all colors and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Business adds print-ready PDF and EPS files, branding guidelines with font names and color codes, a social media kit, a 10-second promo video and logo animation. Premium includes everything in Business, plus unlimited rebrands for life, a Smashing Membership discount, priority support, a cinematic logo intro and AI-powered IconFlex customization. Purchases are one-time per logo, with no free plan.
Animation and rebranding are the clearest differentiators. Business and Premium turn a logo into promotional and social-ready outputs, while Premium supports repeated identity changes and finer icon customization. That makes the product a practical fit for a growing brand that needs motion assets alongside core files. The trade-offs are a web-only workflow and support limited to email and documentation rather than round-the-clock assistance. Teams needing broader platform integrations, always-on support or a fully managed brand system should consider an alternative; users prioritizing fast AI logo creation with animated deliverables should find the tier structure more aligned.
