Our verdict on SmartSurvey
SmartSurvey is a web-based survey and form platform for businesses, researchers, public-sector organisations and teams. It covers survey creation, forms, response collection, analysis and reporting, with features for custom branding, question logic, dashboards, exports and sharing. Its consumer panel access is particularly relevant for teams that need sourced respondents, while the web-based delivery suits organisations working across browsers rather than through a desktop application.
Pricing follows a freemium structure. The free Basic plan provides an entry point, although the published limits are 100 responses and 15 questions. The Advanced plan is priced at £70 per month when billed annually, and Growth is priced at £100 per month on the same billing basis. Scale is quote-based. A 14-day free trial is also available.
