Our verdict on SmartPM
SmartPM is cloud-based construction software for contractors, owners and project teams that need consistent schedule controls and reporting. Teams upload native schedule files to review schedule quality, changes, delays, milestone progress and forecast outcomes. Its focus is schedule assurance and risk visibility across projects rather than general-purpose construction project management.
The Essentials plan covers automated schedule health checks, schedule revision comparisons, core schedule analytics, performance trends and exportable change and quality reports. It also includes unlimited users. Controls adds complete project analytics, an interactive Gantt viewer, what-if scenarios and time impact analysis, portfolio-wide insights, customizable reports with scheduled delivery, and milestone and critical-path tracking. Pricing is paid and shown as annual lump sums rather than per-user charges; the published trial period is 60 days.
SmartPM connects with Procore, Autodesk, OPC, Egnyte, Power BI and Domo, and offers an API for incorporating schedule data and analytics into other workflows.
