Our verdict on SmartCourier
SmartCourier is a last-mile delivery management platform for courier companies, logistics operators, postal teams and enterprise delivery networks. Its Android runner app works with a real-time web dashboard for branch managers, covering barcode scanning for AWB shipments, delivery routes, electronic signatures, GPS coordinates, timestamped photos and offline delivery capture. It is suited to India-focused teams that need digital proof of delivery across branches, runners and delivery operations.
The published plan table lists Starter at 0 and includes a basic web dashboard, GPS tracking, mobile app access, photo evidence and API access. Professional adds a full web dashboard and signature capture, while GPS, map and photo proof plus SMS notifications are available as add-ons. Enterprise adds unlimited runners, unlimited branches, full API integration, custom modules and dedicated support. Paid plan prices are custom, and implementation, onboarding and setup fees apply. The vendor site presents different Starter trial durations: one month in the tier description and three months in its call to action, so buyers should clarify the applicable offer with sales.
SmartCourier’s strongest fit is delivery work that must continue during connectivity gaps: captured deliveries can synchronize automatically, while managers can review shipment activity, branch performance, delivery outcomes, analytics and maps. Integrations include ERP systems, accounting software, client portals, India Post Speed Post and India Post Registered Post. Enterprise customers receive RESTful API access for broader system connections. Teams needing a focused POD workflow, offline capture and India-specific postal connectivity should consider SmartCourier. Organizations seeking transparent paid pricing or fully included advanced proof features may prefer an alternative with simpler packaging.
