Sliplane review
A straightforward managed container platform with GitHub and registry deployments, but no autoscaling.

Sliplane is a managed container-hosting platform for developers and teams that want to deploy applications from GitHub repositories or OCI-compatible registries onto managed servers. It supports automatic framework detection and Railpack builds, and can deploy automatically when new commits arrive. Services can use HTTP, TCP, or UDP and have health checks. Because multiple services can share a server within its resource limits, Sliplane may suit small teams consolidating straightforward workloads; teams that need verified autoscaling should look elsewhere.
The server plans are billed monthly per server: Starter costs €9 for 1 vCPU and 1 GB RAM; Base is €17.80 for 2 vCPU and 2 GB RAM; Medium is €28.80 for 3 vCPU and 4 GB RAM; Large is €45 for 4 vCPU and 8 GB RAM; X-Large is €88.20 for 8 vCPU and 16 GB RAM; and XX-Large is €224 for 16 vCPU and 32 GB RAM. Each lists 20 GB storage. Sliplane has no permanent free plan, though a demo server is limited to 48 hours. Managed PostgreSQL and S3-compatible object storage are available separately and billed separately.
Operational features include encrypted environment-variable secrets, persistent volumes with daily backups and seven-day retention, private services and networking integrations, server and per-service metrics, and a REST API for infrastructure automation. Integrations include GitHub, Docker Hub, GitHub Container Registry, NetBird, Tailscale, Twingate, and Cloudflare Tunnel. The trade-off is manual server upgrades for scaling rather than verified autoscaling. Sliplane fits teams comfortable choosing server capacity and managing growth through upgrades; those needing automatic capacity adjustment should consider another platform.
