Sleekplan is a customer feedback platform for product teams, SaaS companies, and support-heavy organizations. It collects feedback through public or private boards, voting, comments, widgets, email, integrations, and APIs. Teams can manage feature requests, publish public or internal roadmaps, share changelogs, send in-app announcements, and run NPS and CSAT surveys. Its AI features support duplicate detection, categorization, theme and sentiment analysis, and feedback triage.
The plan structure gives smaller teams a clear entry point. Indie costs $0 per month and includes unlimited feedback and subscribers, a Feedback Board, Changelog, one admin workspace, and email and in-app announcements. Starter is $13 per month when billed annually, adding three team seats, CSAT and NPS, 1,000 AI credits, SSO, API access, webhooks, and standard integrations. Business is $38 per month when billed annually, with 10 seats, 5,000 AI credits per month, surveys, topic analytics, branding removal, and a custom domain. Enterprise adds custom team seats, SAML SSO, custom contracts and invoicing, and multi-workspace organizations. Paid plans include a 30-day trial.
Sleekplan fits teams that want feedback collection and product communication in one system rather than a narrow request board. Its web, API, and Chrome extension support are complemented by integrations with Intercom, GitHub, Slack, Zapier, Jira, Help Scout, Zendesk, Claude, and Cursor. The REST API, webhooks, and JavaScript SDK also provide room for custom workflows. Teams needing multiple admins can move beyond Indie, while organizations requiring enterprise controls can consider Enterprise. Teams that want a permanently free workspace with more than one admin should look elsewhere.
