Skooly brings preschool and childcare operations into a cloud-based platform for centers that need to coordinate child records, admissions, attendance, family communication, billing, and staff work. Child profiles can hold family, medical, allergy, dietary, emergency-contact, and developmental information. Admissions tools cover enquiries through registration and deposits, while daily reports include meals, naps, activities, milestones, mood, and photos. Web, iOS, and Android access supports use by staff and families, and parents can use a free mobile app for updates, reports, communication, and payments.
The published annual plans add capabilities in steps. Starter costs $1,490 per year and covers enrollment, attendance, invoicing with card payments, parent communications, daily reports, guided self-setup, and CSV imports. Growth is $2,490 per year and adds automated payment reminders and reconciliation through Collection Suite, plus a check-in/check-out kiosk. Premium costs $3,990 per year; it adds learning modules, child portfolios, developmental assessments and milestones, staff payroll, and multi-branch management.
