Recruiters can apply weighted criteria and instant disqualifiers before reviewing fit scores, shortlist results, and interview question guidance. The product is designed to support existing applicant tracking workflows rather than replace them.
The published plans show a freemium structure. Standard supports resume uploads and processing, running the matchmaker against jobs, and detailed AI fit scoring.
