Sketchboard is a browser-based collaborative whiteboard for product teams, software developers, consultants, and distributed organizations. Its strongest fit is software-focused planning: teams can work on UML diagrams, software architecture, flowcharts, process maps, mind maps, project plans, and presentations from an infinite canvas. Real-time multi-user editing, live cursor visibility, comments, ephemeral chat, reusable templates, guest access, and a library of more than 400 sketch shapes and icons support collaborative work across a shared board.
The pricing structure gives smaller groups a way to start without payment. The Free plan supports up to 5 users, 3 editable boards, presentation tools, and public view-only access for up to 5 realtime viewers. Starter costs $6 per editor per month and adds unlimited boards, 1 editor seat, 1 private team, PDF and SVG export, and 1 GB of storage. Team costs $20 per team per month and includes 5 editor seats, unlimited free viewers, password sharing, team comments, and Slack integration. Business costs $39 per team per month and adds 10 editor seats, unlimited private teams, single sign-on, and team-level access rights.
Sketchboard also fits teams that already work across Microsoft Teams, Slack, GitHub, Webex, or Google Drive.
