Skedulo is a mobile workforce management platform for enterprises and mid-market organizations with deskless, field, healthcare, and other mobile teams. It combines workforce scheduling, dispatch, route optimization, recurring work, availability management, worker messaging, and operational data in a web application with iOS and Android mobile apps. Schedulers can manage jobs, resources, leave, and unavailability, while mobile workers can access job details, forms, data capture, photos, signatures, notifications, and offline synchronization.
Its published plans separate mobile-worker capabilities from scheduler functionality. The Mobile workers plan includes job and activity creation, SMS and push notifications, calendar synchronization, mapping, routing, travel times, and mobile forms. The Schedulers plan adds appointment booking, resource assignment by skills and travel time, dispatch notifications, leave management, calendar, Gantt, and map views, plus resource activity and productivity tracking.
