Skedda is a hosted space-booking platform for workplaces and organizations managing bookable physical spaces. It covers desk reservations, meeting-room scheduling, interactive floor plans, check-in workflows, calendar synchronization, utilization analytics, and integrations with collaboration and identity tools. Employees can book through the web, iOS, Android, and Microsoft Teams, while administrators manage permissions, booking windows, quotas, approvals, and reporting. It is suited to hybrid offices, shared workplaces, universities, and other organizations coordinating physical space.

Pricing is structured by region and billed annually. EMEA & APAC plans start with Starter at $99 per space per month, including 15 spaces, interactive floor plans, and unlimited users and bookings. Plus costs $149 for 20 spaces and adds the full insights dashboard; Premier costs $199 for 25 spaces and adds the full rules and roles engine. US & Canada pricing lists Plus at $249 for 35 spaces and Premier at $349 for 45 spaces, with assigned spaces and unlimited custom fields included on the latter. Enterprise has custom pricing, custom spaces, a dedicated account manager, and white-glove implementation. A 30-day Premium trial is listed, while desk-booking and meeting-room pages also mention a 14-day trial.

The strongest fit is an organization that needs more than a simple reservation calendar. Automatic release of unclaimed bookings, configurable rules, permissions, quotas, buffers, and approvals give administrators control over how space is allocated. Two-way Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace synchronization, plus connections to Teams, Slack, Zoom, Webex, Zapier, Entra ID, Okta, and Stripe, support a broad workplace ecosystem. SAML 2.0 SSO and SCIM provisioning address identity administration, while exportable utilization reports help track space use. Buyers seeking a free option or month-to-month pricing should look elsewhere; buyers needing regional plans and mature workplace controls have a clearer fit.
