Site24x7 Hardware Monitoring tracks the physical health and performance of network devices, servers, VMware ESX/ESXi hosts, and supported HPE iLO and Dell iDRAC systems. It collects metrics such as temperature, voltage, fan status, power supply status, storage, and battery health through SNMP and integrations. IT and network teams can manage devices in a centralized console, monitor remote sites through an On-Premise Poller, create custom device templates and performance counters, and configure threshold or abnormal-status alerts. The service is available through web, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android, and API access, with a 30-day free trial.

The Lite plan costs $9 per month with annual billing and includes 2 servers, 5 websites, and 25 child resources monitored. Network monitoring is available as an add-on. Professional costs $42 per month with annual billing and includes 5 servers, 10 network components, custom metrics, and third-party integrations. Enterprise starts at $625 per month with annual billing and adds anomaly detection, event correlation, and infrastructure events. The paid plans are infrastructure plans, so hardware monitoring capacity and pricing can depend on network-component, host-monitor, plugin, or other monitor licensing.

Site24x7 is less suited to buyers seeking a hardware-monitoring-only package with a simple capacity model. The Lite tier also has limited included server and resource quantities, while network monitoring requires an add-on at that level. Teams that need anomaly detection, event correlation, or infrastructure events must move to Enterprise pricing. Organizations with straightforward device coverage and modest scale may prefer a simpler monitoring product; multi-site teams needing SNMP, plugins, dashboards, and remote polling are a stronger fit here.
