A focused SIP monitoring suite with synthetic calls, quality metrics, alerts and SLA reporting.

Sipfront Beat is a cloud-based VoIP monitoring product for ITSPs, hosted PBX and UCaaS providers, CCaaS and MVNO operators, and carriers. It places scheduled synthetic calls through SIP URIs, phone numbers, SIP trunks or PBX endpoints, then validates SIP signalling and media while measuring call-quality KPIs. Predefined monitoring test books, multi-region agents, alerts, SLA dashboards, embeddable widgets, branded reports and signed public report URLs make it suited to teams that need recurring service checks rather than ad hoc call diagnostics.
Pricing scales through four plans. Starter costs €89 per month and includes Beat monitoring, 1,000 functional test minutes, one active schedule, two targets and one seat. Growth costs €449 per month and adds Beat and Probe, 5,000 minutes, five active schedules, 20 targets and five seats. Carrier costs €1,349 per month and includes Beat, Probe and Lens, 25,000 minutes, 50 active schedules, 100 targets and 25 seats. Enterprise provides custom volume, SLA and terms, plus Beat, Probe, Lens and Echo with on-prem test agents. A 14-day trial is available, while there is no free plan.
The product fits operational workflows through web, API and self-hosted options. KPI-drift alerts can go to email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty or webhooks, and the REST API supports programmatic test control. Additional integrations include an MCP server, GitHub Actions, Prometheus and Grafana. Its main focus is scheduled SIP observability, with MOS, jitter, packet-loss and RTT tracking rather than broad application monitoring. Teams needing structured synthetic VoIP checks, escalation workflows and SLA reporting should consider it; teams requiring retention beyond seven days or a free starting tier should evaluate alternatives.
