Our verdict on Sipflow

Sipflow is a cloud-based beverage procurement and operations platform for bars, restaurants, bottle shops, hotels and hospitality groups, with separate workflows for beverage brands and distributors. Hospitality teams can organize supplier agreements, purchasing volumes, assortment, menu margins and invoices, while suppliers can respond to opportunities and send proposals. The product is suited to teams managing commercial beverage relationships rather than day-to-day stock counts or point-of-sale operations.

Published plans cover both sides of the marketplace. For venues and shops, Essential is listed at €7 per month when billed annually and includes consultation, menu scanning, AI margin and assortment tools, plus limited e-invoicing, contract and volume features. Professional is listed at €20 per month billed annually and adds contract management, volume declarations and tracking, the full AI suite, assortment alerts and live onboarding; Enterprise+ is custom for multiple-venue operators and can include API integrations. Supplier plans are €30 per month for Essential and €80 per month for Professional, both billed annually, with increasing proposal, opportunity, payment and volume capabilities. Supplier Enterprise+ is custom and includes API integration, advanced reporting and a dedicated account manager.
