Signiant Jet is a SaaS managed file transfer product for moving large files and data sets between company locations, partners, on-premises storage, and cloud object storage. It is aimed at small and mid-sized businesses through the SMB plan, as well as larger organizations with distributed storage and complex network environments through the Enterprise plan. Administration is web-based, with web, Windows, Linux, and API access supporting different operational roles and workflows.

The published plan structure separates organizational scale and network requirements. SMB is for small to mid-sized businesses and supports on-premises storage, cloud storage, or both. Enterprise is for larger businesses operating at scale and adds support for bandwidth management, relays, and outbound-only network environments. Signiant sells Jet as an annual subscription with connector packs, and a free plan is not offered, so buyers should expect a sales-led purchasing process rather than self-serve plan selection.

Jet’s strongest fit is its combination of automation and endpoint flexibility. Scheduled transfers and hot-folder triggers can drive recurring workflows, while monitoring, alerts, detailed logs, checkpoint restart, handshakes, inclusion and exclusion filters, growing-file workflows, webhooks, and an event-driven API cover operational control. Integrations include AWS S3, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, on-premises file storage, and Signiant Media Shuttle. Organizations needing cloud and on-premises connectivity with transfer oversight should consider Jet; teams seeking a free or self-serve option, or a simple file-sharing tool without managed transfer workflows, should look elsewhere. 24/7 emergency phone support is available for Severity 1 issues under valid premium support contracts.
