Sidedoor is a hospitality platform for independent restaurants and growing restaurant groups. It combines reservations, events, vouchers, pre-orders, guest CRM, loyalty, reviews, analytics and marketing across email, SMS and push. Its audience tools can segment guests by spend, visit history, tags and preferences, while cross-venue profiles and reporting make the product particularly relevant to operators managing more than one location.

The plans are structured around increasing operational and marketing depth. Starter includes the table reservations suite, vouchers, events, guest lists and the Sidedoor members community sales channel. Pro adds everything in Starter plus till and rota integration, analytics and basic business intelligence, Aimy AI virtual assistant, marketing and automations, and reviews. Max adds advanced BI and forecasting, an advanced Aimy AI virtual assistant and managed support. Sidedoor is paid rather than free, and operator pricing is shown in GBP. The plan structure makes Pro the key step for teams that need campaigns, automated journeys and review workflows.

For customer retention, Sidedoor brings together AI-assisted campaign drafting, triggered journeys for win-backs, birthdays and post-visit follow-ups, loyalty points, scores, tiers and automatic tags. It can also match POS sales with reservation records, automate review requests and route guests to Google reviews. The platform is available on web, iOS and Android, with an API and integrations for Alliance iPos, Google Business Profile and Stripe Connect. Multi-venue operators seeking connected CRM, loyalty and restaurant operations should find its scope aligned with that need; teams wanting only a narrow reservations tool may not need its broader marketing and guest-management feature set.
