Siberson Verikor DLP is an enterprise data loss prevention solution for regulated organizations that need control across endpoints, network channels and cloud-related data flows. It monitors, audits and blocks sensitive information across email, USB devices, printing, web uploads, cloud sync and network shares. The platform supports hybrid deployment through on-premises or SaaS delivery, with web, API, self-hosted and Windows platform coverage. Its policy engine considers classifications alongside user, device, destination, time and scenario context, making it suited to organizations with detailed data-handling rules.
The published Enterprise edition includes a Windows endpoint agent, content inspection, USB and print controls, Outlook email control, web and SMB channel control, offline OCR, and SIEM and Syslog integration. Licensing is per user per year, with prospects directed to request a tailored quote. That model may fit organizations that need a scoped enterprise deployment, but it gives buyers less immediate pricing visibility than a self-serve product. The single-edition structure keeps the offering focused, while buyers looking for multiple public tiers or a clearly packaged entry plan should consider alternatives.
Offline enforcement is a notable capability. Verikor can cache encrypted policies locally, continue enforcement without a connection, and buffer logs for later handling. Offline OCR can inspect sensitive text in images and document formats, while document fingerprinting and contextual incident analysis add depth to content controls. Event forwarding connects the product with Splunk, QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel, Elastic and Syslog, while Active Directory and LDAP support identity-oriented administration. Verikor is a strong fit for hybrid environments where endpoint and offline controls matter; organizations focused mainly on a lightweight cloud-only workflow may prefer a narrower tool.
