ShowUp is a web and API SaaS platform for UK private healthcare clinics using Cliniko. It automates appointment confirmation and 24-hour reminder texts, detects cancelled appointments, and offers freed slots to waiting-list patients by SMS. Patients can reply through an inbox, while staff receive alerts when a patient accepts a slot. The product is aimed at solo practitioners and small multi-practitioner clinics, with manual appointment entry available alongside its read-only Cliniko connection.

The paid plans are organized around clinic size and messaging volume. Starter covers reminders and recovery for one diary, with SMS confirmation, a 24-hour reminder, read-only Cliniko access, and a waiting list.
