SharpKeeper is facility work order and maintenance operations software for organizations managing buildings, campuses, and other facilities. It gives requesters several intake options—text, email, QR codes, and web forms—then supports routing, assignment, status tracking, completion recording, and requester confirmation. The product is positioned for schools, campuses, local government, property teams, churches, healthcare, and hospitality organizations. Facilities teams that need a central way to organize incoming requests and direct them to the right team or technician are the clearest fit.

Pricing separates core request management from preventive maintenance. The Standard plan costs $159 per month and includes unlimited work requests and requesters, intake through text, email, QR codes, and websites, APPA-based cleaning inspections, dashboards, analytics, reporting, and CSV exports. Annual Standard billing is $1,622 per year. Plus costs $199 per month or $2,030 per year and adds preventive maintenance schedules, recurring PM work orders, PM checklists, and a PM library with templates. The published plans make Plus the more suitable tier for teams that need recurring maintenance alongside request routing. High-volume texting may require a custom plan.

SharpKeeper’s strongest functional focus is the request workflow: automated routing by category, team, or technician; automatic reopening when work is unresolved; mobile-friendly staff tools; photos and file attachments; and analytics with CSV and PDF reporting. APPA-based cleaning inspections can generate corrective work requests, extending the system beyond basic intake. Its scope is narrower where verified asset management and integrations are important, and the product is listed for web deployment. Choose SharpKeeper when request capture, routing, tracking, inspections, and recurring PM are the priority. Consider an alternative if your operation depends on asset records, broader integrations, or a platform beyond the web.
