Our verdict on SettleFlow
SettleFlow is a web and API reconciliation service for Indian sellers, marketplaces, agencies, and CA firms. It brings payment gateway, marketplace, bank, accounting, and internal order data into one workflow. Core functions include settlement-to-bank matching by UTR, marketplace fee recomputation, invoice and receipt matching, GST, TCS and TDS reconciliation, exception handling, claim recovery tracking, and exports to CSV or workbooks. Role-based access and multiple-entity support extend its fit to finance teams managing more than one business or client.
Pricing is structured around a diagnostic and four paid tiers. Free Diagnostic provides a full leakage report, order-level detail, claim-deadline identification, ongoing monitoring, and auto-fetch, but covers one source and 90 days of data. Starter costs ₹9,999 per month and adds auto-fetch, claim-window tracking, and GST tie-out. Growth costs ₹19,999 per month with auto-fetch on three accounts, three-way GST tie-out, claim packs, and scheduled reports. Scale costs ₹35,000 per month with six accounts and priority support.
