SetRoasFlow review
A broad web and API tracking layer for ecommerce attribution and audience activation.

SetRoasFlow is a customer data layer and server-side event tracking platform for businesses with websites and online stores. It collects website, store and backend events through web and API channels, resolves them into unified customer profiles, and routes information to advertising, analytics, CRM, email, warehouse and webhook destinations. Growth teams can also use audience segmentation, consent enforcement, personalization and reporting for attribution, ROAS, lifetime value, cohorts, referrals and churn. Its strongest fit is ecommerce teams seeking a broad web-focused system without a large initial subscription.
Pricing is structured around five monthly plans. Free supports one website with community support and is free in beta. Starter supports three websites and email support; its listed price is €29 per month, while the plan is free during beta and the listed paid price applies at launch. Growth costs €99 per month for 10 websites, warehouse export and priority email support. Scale costs €299 per month for unlimited websites, warehouse export and an onboarding call. Enterprise costs €599 per month with a custom contract, dedicated support and onboarding. The plan progression is easy to understand, but buyers should account for the open-beta status when planning adoption.
The platform connects with Shopify, WooCommerce, JavaScript, major advertising destinations including Meta, TikTok and Google Ads, and tools such as Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, Klaviyo and HubSpot. It also includes signed webhooks, warehouse exports, region-aware consent enforcement and hashed advertising identifiers. That breadth suits teams coordinating acquisition, lifecycle marketing and measurement from one event layer. It is less suitable for organizations that require mobile collection, a mature production history or finalized legal and policy documentation. Choose SetRoasFlow for low-cost ecommerce attribution and audience activation; consider an alternative if mobile coverage or established operating history is essential.
