ServiceFLX ITAM manages IT and non-IT assets across procurement, inventory, deployment, assignment, maintenance, monitoring, upgrades, and retirement. It is suited to SMBs that want guided asset workflows, while its features also address enterprise, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, education, and multi-branch operations. The product combines centralized inventory with network discovery, automatic asset classification, QR and barcode tracking, ownership and location mapping, warranty records, audit histories, predictive maintenance, software license compliance, and employee self-service requests.
The published plans show a paid product with a 14-day free trial and monthly pricing. Starter costs $49 per user per month and includes basic ITSM workflows, email notifications, community support, standard reporting, asset tracking, and a mobile app. Growth costs $99 per user per month and adds advanced workflow automation, SLA management and tracking, custom dashboards and analytics, priority email and chat support, asset lifecycle management, and a mobile app. Enterprise adds SSO/SAML, unlimited users and sites, a multi-site operations center, custom integrations and API, and a dedicated account manager. MSP Edition focuses on multi-tenant operations, white-label branding, client portals and billing, per-client SLAs, automated ticket routing, and PSA/RMM integrations.
Integration and deployment flexibility are central to the offering. ServiceFLX ITAM supports web, iOS, Android, and API access, with connections for Active Directory, Azure, AWS, SAP ERP, Datadog, Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Intune, JAMF, Procurement Hub, REST API, GraphQL API, and webhook events. The vendor also lists an on-premise deployment option under Custom requirements, making the deployment model hybrid.
