For system houses and IT service providers, servereye combines infrastructure monitoring with remote management, centered on a browser-based Online Control Center. Sensors monitor hardware, software, networks and other infrastructure, while alerts can be sent by email, SMS, push notification or ticketing integration. Windows administrators can run PowerShell commands and scripts, schedule tasks, manage files, view event logs, and use remote maintenance with keyboard and mouse control. Mobile apps extend alert monitoring. Its emphasis on Windows and service-provider workflows makes it a more focused choice than a general-purpose endpoint management suite.

Pricing is tailored to customer needs and sold through system house and distribution partners rather than as a published self-serve plan. The RMM service is included in sensor pricing, but that does not make the product free: there is no free plan. A 14-day trial is available. Buyers should ask a partner how sensor pricing maps to the systems and monitoring scope they need; teams that require transparent, directly comparable subscription tiers may find this purchasing route less convenient.

The feature set reaches beyond alerting into selected update management, remote execution and access. Smart Updates handle Microsoft updates and selected third-party applications; scripts and scheduled tasks support Windows automation. A REST API can support custom frontends, reports and CRM or ticket-system integration, while TANSS and pcvisit are named integrations. An encrypted password vault handles customer-specific or shared credentials. Choose servereye when sensor-led infrastructure monitoring and Windows remote operations fit an IT service workflow. Organizations seeking broad, platform-neutral endpoint management or fully published pricing should compare alternatives before committing.
