Our verdict on ServeLeague
ServeLeague is a cloud club-management platform for table tennis, badminton, squash, pickleball, tennis, and padel organizations. It combines league administration with match recording, Elo-based player ratings, member registration, online payments, event scheduling, communications, and financial reporting. Players can submit match results from phones without downloading an app. The product fits small and mid-market clubs that want competition management alongside membership and facility operations.
The freemium structure gives clubs a usable entry point. Casual costs $0 per month and covers drop-in leagues, player ratings and leaderboards, statistics and records, and door or night-fee collection. Club costs $39 per month, billed monthly, adding graded, team, and tournament leagues, membership management, event scheduling, a communications hub, and a financial dashboard. Pro costs $89 per month, billed monthly, and adds facility booking, advanced accounting, an automation engine, access control and CCTV analytics, multi-location support, and custom branding. A 30-day free trial is also available.
ServeLeague’s strongest operational fit comes from its booking workflow and integrations.
