SentryFirm is a web-based client intake and document collection system for small law firms. It combines public, mobile-friendly forms with secure supporting-document uploads, letting clients submit details and files without creating an account. Staff work from an admin dashboard with authenticated access, controlled file downloads, status and priority tracking, assignments, follow-up tasks, internal notes, attachment management, and audit history. The product fits firms that need a shared process for collecting information and chasing documents after an initial submission.

Pricing has two components: one-time setup and recurring monthly charges. Guided Setup costs $1,000 one time and $250 per month, covering one intake workflow, practice areas and custom questions, staff access, uploads, upload-later links, hosting, maintenance, and routine support. Workflow Plus costs $2,000 one time and $400 per month, adding multiple workflow variations, more detailed configuration, additional staff onboarding, workflow refinement, and priority support.
