SentinelAgent is a cloud-based monitoring service for Windows PCs, tablets, servers, and selected Microsoft business systems. It is aimed at home users, small and medium businesses, network administrators, MSPs, ISVs, system builders, and OEM partners. The service collects event-log, performance, system-inventory, WMI, and hardware-health data, then presents monitoring and notifications through a web interface. Its supported operating systems include Windows 7, 8, 8.1, Server 2008, Server 2008 R2, and Server 2012. The platform is available as a cloud deployment for solo users through enterprise organizations.

The SA MaaS Free Edition is the clearest entry point. It includes real-time event log monitoring, real-time performance monitoring, real-time system inventory monitoring, seven days of rotating data retention, and notifications for CPU, disk, and event ID errors. SentinelAgent also provides hardware and software inventory, customizable WMI-counter notifications, customizable event-ID notifications, and centralized monitoring of multiple machines from one account. A 30-day free trial is available. Paid products add one-year data retention on selected products, while paid products and enterprise arrangements are handled through trials, licenses, or quote requests.

SentinelAgent fits buyers whose priority is centralized visibility into basic Windows systems without starting with a paid plan. Email, phone, and community support channels are available, and the vendor lists fit across solo, small, mid-market, and enterprise organizations. The narrower platform scope matters: SentinelAgent is focused on monitoring and notifications rather than a confirmed remote-management suite with remote access, patching, scripting, or remediation. Choose it for Windows event, performance, inventory, and alert monitoring; consider another option if those broader management functions or wider operating-system coverage are essential.
