Sensei Cloud is a browser-based dental practice management platform for dentists, orthodontists, oral surgeons, and enterprise dental organizations. Its scope extends beyond appointment scheduling, combining provider and location calendars, online booking and rescheduling, patient records, dental charting, digital intake, online check-in, billing-related tools, reporting, claims, and multi-location management. Patient booking, reminders, and forms are delivered through Sensei patient-engagement products including Patient Manager and Patient Bridge.
The package structure separates core practice operations from electronic workflows and patient engagement. Yellow Belt includes training, setup, configuration, implementation, the first provider, unlimited users, unlimited cloud storage, multiple locations, support, and updates. Black Belt includes everything in Yellow Belt plus 300 electronic claims per month per provider, electronic prescriptions, electronic verifications, electronic patient forms, and one-way text appointment reminders. Dojo adds premium reminders by text and email, two-way texting, recall and missed-appointment reminders, email marketing campaigns, and cloud imaging.
